The Problem
Human agents were manually reading and tagging 500+ tickets daily. Priority clients were getting lost in the queue, risking high-value renewals.
The Solution
Implemented a custom OpenAI GPT-4o integration via Make.com. The AI reads incoming tickets, analyzes sentiment, categorizes technical intent, and instantly routes high-priority enterprise issues to direct messaging channels (Slack).

When a deal was won, sales reps manually drafted contracts in Word, sent them via DocuSign, and then emailed Accounting to create a Quickbooks invoice. A 3-day bottleneck.
The Solution
A "One-Click Win" button in the CRM triggers a Make.com scenario that dynamically compiles a PDF contract, dispatches it for e-signature, and upon signature, automatically generates and emails the deposit invoice from Quickbooks.
