Migrate Webhook Zaps
In-Place
Some Zaps use webhooks that can't survive an export/import cycle. Our Chrome Extension migrates Pipedrive V1 actions directly inside the Zapier editor — keeping your webhook URLs intact.
warning Why Can't These Zaps Be Migrated Normally?
Your Zap triggers on a Webhook (Catch Hook). External systems send data
to a unique URL like hooks.zapier.com/hooks/catch/123/abc.
Exporting and re-importing creates a brand new Zap with a
different webhook URL, breaking all the integrations that send data to the old one.
Our Chrome Extension opens the Zap in Zapier's editor and updates the Pipedrive actions in-place — swapping V1 → V2 action names, bumping the API version, and injecting bridge nodes. The webhook trigger stays untouched, so your URL never changes.
How It Works
Install Extension
Install from Chrome Web Store or load as an unpacked extension in Developer Mode.

key Token Setup
The extension needs your Innovaty migration token to authenticate and track credits. Get your token from the Get Started page.
group Sync Team Names
Managing a team with multiple Zapier accounts? The extension can pull your team members' names directly from Zapier and send them to the Migration Dashboard — so you see real names instead of numeric account IDs.
Open any page on zapier.com while logged in to your team account.
Click the extension icon and press 👥 Sync Team Names.
Go to the Dashboard — accounts will now show names automatically.
You only need to sync once — names are saved server-side and applied automatically on every future analysis.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does it change my webhook URL?
No. The extension only modifies the Pipedrive action steps inside your Zap. Your webhook trigger (Catch Hook) stays completely untouched — same URL, same configuration.
What about filters and paths?
Filters and paths are preserved as-is. If they reference Pipedrive fields that changed in V2 (like person_name), the extension injects bridge "Get" nodes to maintain compatibility.
Can I use it for non-webhook Zaps too?
Yes! The extension works on any Zap, not just webhook ones. For non-webhook Zaps, you can also use our file-based upload tool, which handles bulk migrations.
How much does it cost?
1 credit per Zap migrated. You get 3 free credits when you sign up. Additional credits are available on our pricing page.
Do I need to turn the Zap off first?
We recommend pausing the Zap before migrating, then testing it with sample data before re-enabling. The migration itself works on both on and off Zaps.
