Migration Service Agreement

Hey there! 👋 This is a simple agreement between Innovaty (operated by CONEXOES LOCAIS LDA, NIPC: 518763668, based in Lourinhã, Portugal) and you — the awesome person or company using our Pipedrive Migration Service.

We want to keep things clear and fair for everyone. By purchasing a Migration Token Pack, you're agreeing to the points below. No surprises, just common sense.

1. What the Service Does

Our Migration Service is an automated tool that helps you upgrade your Make.com scenarios from Pipedrive API v1 to v2. Here's the simple version of how it works:

  • You upload your Make.com scenario blueprint (a JSON file).
  • Our tool scans it, finds the old Pipedrive v1 modules, and converts them to v2.
  • You get back an updated blueprint ready to import into Make.com.

Important to know: Our tool only transforms blueprint files. It never accesses your Pipedrive CRM data, your Make.com account, or any live system. It's purely a file-in, file-out process.

2. A Few Things We Ask of You

To make sure everything goes smoothly, we kindly ask that you:

  • Keep backups. Always save a copy of your original blueprint before uploading it. Better safe than sorry!
  • Test before going live. Please test your migrated scenarios in a safe environment before running them in production. Every setup is unique, and we want you to feel confident before flipping the switch.
  • Give it a quick review. Automated transformations are great, but they may not catch every edge case in complex or highly customized scenarios. A quick look-over goes a long way.
  • Use the right credentials. Make sure you provide the correct Pipedrive OAuth Connection ID and that your accounts have the right permissions for v2 modules.

3. What We're Responsible For (and What We're Not)

We put a lot of care into making our migration tool as accurate and reliable as possible. That said, we want to be upfront:

  • We can't guarantee perfection. While the vast majority of migrations work beautifully, some custom fields, complex mappings, or niche configurations might need a small manual tweak after migration.
  • We don't touch your live data. Since the tool only works with blueprint files, your actual CRM records (deals, contacts, etc.) are never at risk from our end.
  • We can't control third parties. If Pipedrive or Make.com change something on their end after your migration, that's outside our control.
  • Our liability is capped. If something does go wrong, our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Token Pack in question. We think that's fair.

4. The Service is Provided "As Is"

Like most software tools, we provide the Service as-is. We do our very best to keep things running smoothly and accurately, but we can't promise it will be perfect 100% of the time. We don't make any warranties beyond what's written here.

5. Playing Fair

We both want this to work out well. If any issues arise from using migrated scenarios — especially if they weren't tested before going live — we ask that you don't hold us responsible for knock-on effects. In legal terms, you agree to indemnify Innovaty against claims related to untested deployments or misuse of the Service.

6. How Token Packs Work

  • Final sale. Token Packs are non-refundable once purchased. They represent pre-paid access to a set number of migrations.
  • They never expire. Use them whenever you're ready — no rush.
  • Tied to your account. Tokens are linked to the access token you receive. Please don't share or resell them without checking with us first.
  • One credit per migration. Each scenario migration uses one credit, regardless of the scenario's size or complexity.

7. Your Data, Your Blueprints

Your scenario blueprints are yours — both the originals and the migrated versions. We don't claim any ownership over your configurations or data. The migration tool itself (our code, algorithms, and logic) remains our intellectual property.

8. How We Handle Your Files

We take your privacy seriously. Blueprint files are processed in memory and aren't permanently stored, except for migration history records we keep so you can access your past migrations in the Client Portal. We never access, collect, or store your actual Pipedrive data. For more details, check out our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Portuguese law. If we ever need to resolve a dispute (we hope not!), it would be handled by the courts in Lourinhã, Portugal.

10. Updates to This Agreement

We may update this agreement from time to time. If we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service means you're cool with the latest version.
